REFERENCE AND TERMINOLOGY

As an information department ESTI's Reference and Terminology section aids translation and interpretation work and guarantees efficient information management, offerinf diferent services and products to meet user needs .

Bibliographic, terms and databases, virtual reference, internet and other services are employed to find the information required. ESTI is equipped with a library with specialized literature wich stores and whole array of informative and reference volumen in the different working languages. Glossaries and specific areas are prepared and the aid of expereinced expert from other institutions is sought to guarantee the efficiency and efficacy of services offered within and outside ESTI.
