Sign the agreement. Once the agreement submitted by the customer has been reviewed, they will be required to submit two copies of the document, duly signed and stamped, for approval by ESTI's management.

Request a service. Upon signature of the agreement, the customer may proceed to request the translation and interpretation services they need.

arriba  Individual customers

We specialize in the translation of official documents. Bilateral interpretation services are available for weddings and other events.

How to request translation services:

Services are requested by phone at 832-7580, 832-7586 to 89 ext. 101 and 146 from 2 pm to 6 pm, Monday to Friday, and from 9 am to 6 pm Saturdays and Sundays.

Services are offered Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8:30 a.m to 12:00 pm, and Wednesdays from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Documents must be submitted in the morning, at the time specified to the customer.

All official documents issued in Cuba for legal purposes abroad must be officialized at a legal consultancy office prior to translation.

Upon submitting the document, the customer must pay the total translation service amount in advance for fixed-rate documents or an estimate of this amount if it is dependent on the number of translated pages (a pre-invoice is issued for the latter). A final invoice is given to the customer upon delivery of the document, at which time the difference must be paid, when applicable.

Should the customer leave with the pre-invoices and not make the advance payment, the document will not be translated until the advance payment is made.

To collect the finished document, the customer must present the pre-invoice, marked as paid. The customer must then request a final invoice and present it at the cashier desk, even if there is no difference to be paid.

Rush services are available at 30 % of the document's total translation cost.
